    Almost certainly LegoHead. May I recommend This Naked Mind Annie Grace for an accessible explanation of what happens to the neural pathways in our brain when we regularly drink alcohol and what happens when we are trying to stop.

    I have to say that I messed up - I had a family member come to stay for a few days and it was a mistake to think that I'd be AF while they were here. I should not have declared early for day 2! So... I'm reiterating my 2/13 TODAY and will pick up where I left off.... no involuntary cheating for me going forward, I hope!
