I am going to declare early for today as I am feeling stronger about all of this and can't see myself giving in now.  I am up to 3 for the month.

It's weekends that's hard.  Can I make it four weekends in a row (the second without my girlies)?  I don't see why not.  There's no event happening or me gong out, so it will just be sitting on the sofa avoiding the drink.
