Evening, hope you all had a lovely Sunday. I had no hangover so took a lovely walk and then painted odds and ends around the house that needed tidied up... then a lovely Sunday dinner with the fam... so I'm 7/28 tonight please cathybird

Just realised through posting on my debt diary 19 days of not drinking. Can’t even remember a time I’ve gone that long without a drink in my adult life tbh. Also means 19 days off the coke too. Would like to say I feel a lot better for it but my sleep has been really bad, all over the place. Stopped making promises about it to my wife because I’ve broken every one I’ve made, have professional help through my health insurance, first time I’ve properly engaged with it though. Last promise I made to my wife lasted just over three weeks so a bit anxious about the coming week and not had a full month off since May last year. Just need to carry on taking each day as it comes.
