Same here wbf but I find I sleep better on drinking days! I'm blaming DH for last night as he was restless so neither of us slept well. 😫Wanna_Bee_Free said:2/13 for this evening please Cathybird. Maman, at least we should sleep well tonight. I'm sleeping better on booze-free days but my other half is struggling to sleep those days and he's like you, sleeping better on drinking days.3

Declaring 2/26 early this evening. Really want to keep away from drinking tonight tbh could quite easily fall into the spiral.
@Wanna_Bee_Free my sleep patterns all over the place sleep too little/ not enough/ never the right amount. !!!!!! awful just leads to temptation I find.3 -
