Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread Part 17

Good morning everyone, I'm out for dinner tonight with my little sis but I am 2 days off my AF target with only 4 days left in the month. Undecided. Please can I have a target of 16 in November. Cathybird thanks for looking after our scores again. Did you enjoy your social whirl? I hope things are less stressful for you than a couple of weeks ago.4

Declaring early for tonight, Thursday so 11/10 please.
I think I am better trying a higher target number, sadly Maman's method which works so well for her (setting a lowish number and then exceeding it) works less well for me as I seemed to use it as an excuse, well I can still get to target! I'm keen to maintain alcohol free school nights so will aim to get 18 AFDs in November. If offered a social event mid week then I will take it up and aim to have an AF day at the weekend. That's the plan and I intend to stick to it.

Morning everyone
Declaring early for 27/30 so far.
It's much easier to keep track when there's no drinking because sober days are the same as the day of the month.
I am with Maggiem in respect of wiggle room so am going to go for the full monty in November with a target of 30.
Thanks for identifying the 28 day emoji Robm, I thought it was something in a slimy swimming pool.

Good morning.
I am 27/21 for yesterday please cathybird.
I have had a rethink about my regular monthly target on here. I set it at 21 to allow for drinking every weekend and a couple of spontaneous weekday drinks. Over the last many months my attitude to alcohol has changed and I no longer regularly drink at weekends (or at all for the last four months 😲). So my new target for November is 25 please. I have a couple of things coming up next month where I may have a drink.
Thank you XX3 -

Loops xWhere did the swimming pool come fromIt's a blue emoji (why blue I don't know) who's happy because it's an autumn day and the leaves are blowing in the wind! Don't think he/she is throwing anything.
