10/14 for me for this evening please. I was very tempted last night when my OH had some wine but I stayed strong.

Well done WBF 👏, it's not easy. My DH is supportive of my decision to reduce my alcohol consumption but that support doesn't extend to cutting down himself. He drinks most days and there is always an obscene amount of alcohol in the house 😕.

22/28 here all.   Funny, some people's attitude. I had a bottle of 0.0% Peroni last night and got a comment "Why are you drinking that ?!"

Well done on resisting temptation WBF - I find it hard to refrain when OH drinks in the week (which luckily isn’t very often).

I tend to think that people who make these sort of remarks are often defensive about their own drinking.
