I had unexpected visitors yesterday s not AF but stuck to a single G&T.

Planned nope ha total for this month has been £1795 in her unplanned spends fml there are some people that don’t earn that in a !!!!!! month. Had the !!!!!! £450 school uniform  too obviously that’s a planned spend ha but lot of money for a 7 year old kids uniform really imo. Don’t think I’ve done bad with not touching the drink tbf.

@maman I’m on the recovery plan, sticking to it one day at a time and restricted my own access to money, I can’t spend. !!!!!! glad in a way. 42 days now - 6 weeks in and hope a lifetime to come.

Hello all! 

Long time! Life and my birthday month kind of got away from me! A series of disasters, deaths, sunshine, training courses and a general attitude of sod it!

So June was a flop for me 18 AFDs, I've counted what I could remember and added 4 just in case!

Totally bummed that I messed up my monthly target and my annual too. However a good lesson, I need to stay focused and in the group! 

July I've had 3 non AFDs so far so need to set a target.

Hope everyone OK??

This evening I am going to a pub with a friend to keep her company while her husband plays Aunt Sally, a rather odd game 🤔 played almost exclusively in Oxfordshire. My friend won't drink as she will be driving her husband home and I doubt I will either. Apparently this pub serves a very good alcohol free cider 😋.
