I've been struggling since the start of April to get back into the routine that works well for me so staying AF on a school night and just drinking at a weekend. I start most weekdays saying tonight I'll not drink and then have a s*d it moment and open a bottle of wine. However, managed to stay AF yesterday so 1/18 and hopefully more AFDs tonight and tomorrow.

Well done on yesterday Maggie! S*d it days are so easy - harder during lockdown and they seem to lead to a chain of them in my case. Good luck for today and tomorrow. 

8/13 for me for today please and then a planned drinking day at the pub tomorrow. My last one was on 10th October! I'm expecting the cold and short booking slot will keep it low for me.

Good morning.
Still in lockdown mode this week so 11/21 for yesterday please cathybird. We haven't tried to get an outside table at our local yet but I imagine it won't be easy. We will probably wait until next week and then see how it looks. Enjoy your pub trip tomorrow WBF.
