Should I get a prize?

I entered a competition on Park Christmas saving page on face book, you had to nominate someone, I received a message saying my friend who I nominated had won and to get her to message them which I did. On looking again at the page they said there would be 10 winners .They posted 5 peoples names and their nominees so would you think that meant the person who nominated gets a prize? As an aside my friend has not received her prize yet.I have messaged them but no answer but maybe they are on holiday.

There were at 7 "A" nominated "B" type comments plus 3 other names which presumably are the winners who had nominated themselves as that was allowed.1
