Terms & Conditions

(1) This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. This competition excludes employees of Holland & Barrett, mostra limited, Bloomsbury Publishing or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.

(2) The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of establishing contact with you should you win. At which time we will offer you all the information about redemption of the prize. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

(3) The closing date for all entries is time 23:59 GMT on Friday 26th February 2021. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the competition. Holland & Barrett will only process your personal information for the purposes of administering this competition unless you opt in to receiving communication from Holland & Barrett. (4) To enter you must: enter your first name, surname and email address into the data form at hollandandbarrett.com/win. Maximum of one entry per person. No purchase necessary.

(5) Holland & Barrett will select a winner at random from all valid entries received at their discretion within four weeks of the draw closing. The winner will be contacted by e-mail. It is a condition of this promotion that the winner acknowledges the e-mail winner notification and makes contact with Holland & Barrett within 48 hours of the time of the e-mail to claim the prize. If Holland & Barrett receives no response from the winner within the 48-hour period of them being informed, then the winner’s claim will become invalid without further notice and another winner will be selected at random from among the valid entries.

(6) The prize: £500 vouchers to spend at Holland and Barrett. The winner will choose either £500 worth of physical vouchers to be redeemed instore only or, £500 worth of Rewards for Life points attributed to their Rewards for Life account to be redeemed instore or online. No cash alternative. If the winner does not hold a Rewards for Life account with Holland and Barrett, they will be offered the opportunity to set one up at www.hollandandbarrett.com/info/rewards-for-life

(7) Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The prize is non-transferable. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Holland & Barrett reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion or to amend these terms & conditions.

(8) Holland & Barrett must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Holland & Barrett will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails the address at condition 15 within one month after the Closing Date of the competition. It is therefore a condition of entry that the winner must consent to their prefix and last name and county being published in subsequent promotional material published by Holland and Barrett should Holland and Barrett so wish. Your prefix Mr, Mrs, Dr etc and your county will be requested from you at the time of notification of your win.

(9) If you object to your surname or county being published or made available, please let us know at the time of contacting us about your win. In such circumstances, Holland & Barrett must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

(10) Holland& Barrett will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Holland & Barrett may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

(11) If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

(12) Holland & Barrett’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

(13) This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
