Hi. Has anyone submitted mortgage application with metro bank recently?We submitted on 15th Dec 2020. Anyone can give estimates for timeline?

Hi. We almost went with Metro but switched when our the fell through due to complications with vendor. They took around a month to get to valuation stage (29th sept AIP & application- 6th Nov. confirmation of waiting for valuation). There wasn’t much faff with them, but Broker recommended a new lender once we knew we had to change the property. Good luck with your application.0
