Remortgage 2021
Time has flown its remortgage year! Currently with subprime lender due to partners credit history and hoping to move to a high street lending on remortgage. LTV is 75% and no additional borrowing.

@nattybuk Most mortgage offers now come with 6 months validity so you could time it based on that. Like for like remo at 75% LTV is a good place to start with, hopefully you'll be able to move to a much better rate. Good luck!

It’s in August so a while to go. Also on the valuation do we have to get an estate agent to value or take an online estimate?0

@nattybuk In that case you could start looking around February/March. You don't really need an EA valuation, in any case the new lender will do its own valuation of the property.nattybuk said:It’s in August so a while to go.
