The prize includes three nights’ dinner, bed and breakfast, including two evenings (on the Friday and Saturday nights), where head chef Darren Kelly will serve up wonderful five-course tasting menus celebrating Cornwall’s great produce. The dishes will be paired with expertly-chosen wines.
