I won a £1000 gift card with last minute and booked a holiday this year which could not be honoured due to travel restrictions.
The booking procedures was one of the worst I have ever endured and Last Minute have just cancelled the booking full stop, no rebook procedures or communication.
I definitely do not recommend Last Minute and if you check out Martin’s latest travel refund list you will see lot’s of others have had trouble too.

I definitely do not recommend Last Minute and if you check out Martin’s latest travel refund list you will see lot’s of others I have had trouble too. worst problems after a cancelled flight, they want you to take a credit and if you do not, there is no communication, after 5 months I had to get my credit card company to refund my money,, THEY ARE A SOUTH AFRICAN HOLDING COMPANY, I WILL NEVER HAVE ANTYHING TO DO WITH THEM AGAIN, IF YOU ARE THINKING OF DOING SO,BE AWARE
