Same right to weekend pay?

I work at a covid site as an agency worker this site also has permanent employees from a major security company. Agency workers do the same job as permanent employees.
On Sunday's the permanent staff get paid extra for working on a Sunday the agency staff do not.
My question is should agency staff who have worked longer than 12 weeks get the same Sunday enhance rate as their permanent colleagues?

Your question is more complicated than you assume. And the answer is almost certainly that you do not get any rights to enhanced pay on weekends.
You have to do the same ROLES as the full timers with the same qualifications. If you only man the front gate but the full timers man the gate and book people in then that's a different skill set and a different job.
In the Warehouse I work in the agency staff order pick but full time staff order pick, load, drive forklifts, receive goods, etc. It's a different job and there is no right to equal pay. Even within the full time staff there are four different contracts with different terms and conditions. Some considerably better than others. This is also perfectly legal.

They already said agency workers do the same job. Providing everything else is the same then you should receive the same basic pay.1
