There is no right to it, with your title being ‘rights’
Tesco employees can. There is an app they can use to check stock. I assume they can’t just be on Facebook though...

When I worked for them it was meant to stay In your locker, and if anyone did need to get in touch with you it was perfectly acceptable to call the store. In reality many colleagues and managers had them on their person. If you were caught using it though, that was another issue. Clearly on breaks you could go and get it from your locker and take it to the canteen. It will be stated in your colleague handbook.0
