Hi guys,

I've amassed 3x £20 Halfords vouchers through various insurance policies over the last 5 months and I want to spend them - has anyone had any experience of them? They're long number codes, not vouchers. Unfortunately you can't redeem them online 'yet.'

I was thinking of converting them to QR codes and seeing if my local would be able to scan them? Otherwise I'm going to have to chose my time wisely as to not irritate the other customers whilst I'm repeating 3x long numerical codes with a mask on  :D

Thanks.

I have one of those and I was simply going to hand it to the cashier as I do not require it back. My experience of Halfords is that customers are very resilient because everybody takes a long time at the till. They operate a lot of click and collect but the till system doesnt seem as slick as it should and I always expect to wait.
  • I recently used one and i just showed the lady my phone and she typed in the code. Also, I was looking at an online only item and they told me i could either order online for click and collect and they would refund the voucher upon collection or i could go instore to order and pay using the voucher, I have always found Halford customer service to be good in this respect.
