Hi, are there any other challenges on here for mortgages?
I owe £33k, and the full term is another 8 years, but I am aggressively paying off, have been for 18 months now.
On this challenge, I would exceed the 1% overpayment each month, the direct debit is over £400, I have been doing another £400+ a month.
On a completely different note, this thread seems to have a technical fault. I can only see one post per page, instead of 20. All other threads on the forum are ok. Anyone else see this? Thanks0 -

There's an annual mortgage free thread where you set yourself an overpayment target for the year. There is also the mortgage free in 3 thread. Again you set your own target for that (very few of us are near mortgage freedom). The current thread runs until January 2022,after which there should be a new version of the challenge.
