Mortgage offer / Electoral roll concern

Hi all, I got my mortgage offer with Leeds in December just before Christmas. It’s a new build not looking to be finished till April so am assuming it won’t complete before then.
My worry is if there’s a second credit check before completion. I checked my equifax today and my electoral roll information has turned red and states not registered even though I’m at the same address, return the annual election form to the council.
Ive contacted the council and equifax but am worried if they don’t resolve promptly it Leeds could withdraw my offer if they hard search me again?
I’ve no idea how this has happened. Timing couldn’t be worse.

Thank you. No I hadn’t seen that. North Somerset aren’t on the list of the council submitting later but has made me worry less.noh said:0 -
There is only 1 lender i am aware of that will stop an application if you aren't on the electoral register and Leeds aren't that lender. And even that lender that does care only searches it at DIP stage.
I'd put this right to the bottom of the list of things to worry about when buying a new build2 -
Thank you that’s reassuring. I’ve had the offer so nearly there. Worry as I’m paying for builder to upgrade some features.Deleted_User said:There is only 1 lender i am aware of that will stop an application if you aren't on the electoral register and Leeds aren't that lender. Please tell me the lender isnt Natwest 😫 this has happened to me too. Got our offer through finally, checked my credit report and Ive some how fallen off the register after 3 years. I contacted the Electoral Roll team and they said I’d be showing again at the start of January. Really hoping so.0

Do Leeds do another check before completion? I’m with Leeds and due to complete at the end of Jan0

Then don't. No need to create concerns where none exist.steveamaniac said:I checked my equifax today0 -
