Changing Email Address

Just wondering if anyone has had this thought, that despite entering the same amount of competitions, it feels like I am not winning nearly as often as I used to...
Is this just a feeling you get when you're in a comping slump, or is there a reason for it - I get paranoid that my comping email has been somehow blacklisted or something!!
Has anyone changed their email address over the years? If so, have you seen any substantial change when doing so?
