Very balance query
Hi,
I'm hoping someone may be able to assist with a Very account query, their contact centre is closed so thought i'd ask on here.
I've made two purchases recently on Very using their BNPL at 12 months, please see below:

I've made two purchases recently on Very using their BNPL at 12 months, please see below:
19th November - PS5 with an additional controller and delivery = £513.97
28th November - LG 65NANO866 with insurance and delivery = £918.99
28th November - LG 65NANO866 with insurance and delivery = £918.99
Total for these two items = £1,432.95
I've also made the following payments
19th November 2020 - £13.97
27th November 2020 - £500
28th November 2020 - £411.99
28th November 2020 - £7
24th December 2020 - 10% discount - £84.90
Total payments/reductions = £1,017.86
That would leave a total of £415.09 left to pay and my delayed payment period ends on the 03 December 2021.
However, despite my balance showing as £415.09 the BNPL balance shows as £764.10. Would i be right in thinking that the additional amount on the BNPL balance would be the amount i'd have to pay if the balance of £415.09 wasn't made prior to the delayed payment period?
Thanks,
Aaron

Yes it does show how much it would cost with interest added if the BNPL is not paid in full by the due date (in your case 12 months time after purchase).
But looking at my own account, the balance shown for each item is only the amount owned, not including interest.
It might be the case you made payments to the general balance (instead of going on the BNPL section) and this payment does not reflect instantly on the BNPL items until the next statement, when it is applied.

Thanks for the response. I'd paid £411.99 into my account prior to the TV purchase as my credit limit was only £500. I was confused as this was showing on my account statement as i thought it would. I called them today and was told the request for the funds to be transferred to BNPL have now been requested.
