I have a large boned and rolled lamb shoulder. It weighs 1.8kg and I intend to cook it on Boxing Day. How long to defrost this? I’m thinking 36 hours in a fridge.
Any ideas?

I'd pop it in cool water about 5 hours before you want to cook it. If it's defrosted too soon you can just pop it in the fridge for a while.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0
