CCJ In My Middle Name Whilst Searching My Credit Report

Good Afternoon All, first time poster, Just looking for advice
I have recently been going over my finances and noticed there is a CCJ in the name of my middle name and surname. I had 2 CCJ's in my real name which are satisfied and fall off my credit report early next year. This other one is a mystery to me.
I spoke with the CCBC who told me it was for a debt incurred with Orange in 2009 and a CCJ issued on the 14th May 2017. I have also tried to speak to the solicitors that filed the claim but have had no luck as yet. The claim was also issued to my address at that time of 2009, when I was living with parents (who, incidentally also took out a £3k loan in my name without my knowledge! Needless to say, I no longer speak to them). I already had a phone contract with 3 at that time so I dont understand where this debt has come from. I dont recall ever paying anything towards it as i wouldnt have needed to as i was already with 3.
What route can I go down to either get it set aside or dispute it? (Which if i'm correct, i can't do now as too much time has elapsed)
I am trying to sort my finances out as we are looking to buy a house next year and I'm doing my utmost to reduce my debt from £5k to below £1k which I have almost managed to do, just by offering creditors 50p to a £1.
any advice/help or anyone with experience of this would be most appreciated!
Thank you All

You can apply for set aside. You have to act 'promptly' but this is not defined. You have only just found out about it.
I think you should ask the court to send you the full particulars of claim and any other correspondence they had on this claim, just to check that this is definitely yours and not someone with a similar name.
You said that the claim was started in 2009 but the judgement not issued till 2017 and this sounds very unusual.2
