easyJet December Promotion on Heart, December 2020
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘easyJet December Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 23rd December to Thursday 31st December on Heart (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/win and register their details.  
4.    Entrants must answer the multiple choice question on the page. 
5.    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. 

Eligibility:
6.    Entrants must be 18 years old or over
7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:
8.    5x winners will each win £800 easyJet credit. 
9.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
10.    The Prize is a credit to  the value of £800 towards a package holiday with easyJet holidays.  The holiday will include: accommodation, return shared airport to hotel transfers on beach holidays only, 23kg hold baggage per person each way and return standard easyJet flights from the UK airport of their choice direct to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to.  
11.    The Prize doesn’t include travel insurance, the cost of travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).
12.    The Winner can add friends or family members to the holiday booking, up to the total booking value of £800.  If the total cost of the requested package holiday exceeds £800, the Winner will need to pay the outstanding amount by credit or debit card.
13.    The Winner agrees to co-operate and provide all information necessary for easyJet holidays to arrange the Prize.
14.    easyJet holidays reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.  
15.    The Winner and their travel companion(s) must travel together on the same holiday/flights.
16.    The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and the people travelling with them will be available to travel and that each holds a valid passport, any necessary visa and adequate travel insurance for the holiday, so as to be able to travel on their chosen travel date. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform easyJet of any special access requirements when accepting the Prize and to adhere to any applicable healthy and safety guidelines.
17.    The holiday must be booked by 31st July 2021 and travel must be completed no later than 31 May 2022.  All permitted travel dates are subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed by easyJet holidays. 
18.    There’s no cash or other alternative to the Prize, and it must be taken as offered.  
19.    Limitation of Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, easyJet holidays will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or any persons they travel with, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the Prize except to the extent caused by the negligence of easyJet holidays, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Regulation EC261/2004 does not apply to Prize flights and no compensation will be payable in the event of flight delay or cancellation. Statutory rights are not affected.
20.    easyJet holidays may ask the winner to participate in reasonable promotion and publicity (in media and social media) around the Prize win.
