Title Deeds merge for house and land

I, too, am interested in how to merge titles. Our house has 3 (!) titles and we're looking to remortgage; suddenly it is a problem, whereas it wasn't a couple of years ago when we bought. There's no land to speak of, just a couple of parking places and a shed that were purchased (at separate times) by the previous owners from the private development company that we're all shareholders of. All of the titles are freehold. We're so confused and didn't build in time and budget for a battle with Land Registry and the solicitor I've spoken with is downright confused about why this would be necessary in the first place.0
