Iam going to be going bankrupt have my date for court on the 6 february. I have a mobile phone which i need for my health, will the or allow me to keep this. also i have the internet which i need for my studies at college, will the or allow me to keep this, i have a landline which i need for the broaband, i have sky can i put this under the holiday money which they do allow you. I know that they allow you certain amounts of money for certain things, does that mean that you can only spend that amount of money per month otherwise you will get in to trouble, sorry i don't get this bit

If you aren't behind on your mobile payments then there is no problem keeping the phone. Broadband should be okay too because you need it for your studies. Sky wouldn't be allowed so it would have to put it under something else.
