If you want your concerns to be dealt with, then i suggest you give this matter your undivided attention.
As of yesterday, Amigo have applied to the high court to enter a scheme of arrangement to avoid insolvency, this will include limiting the amount of redress that is paid out, in order that the company can continue trading.
As your complaint was recieved before the deadline, any redress coming to you should be paid in full, but i wouldn`t hang about if i were you.
Over 88% of guarentor loan complaints have been upheld by the ombudsman, the highest proportion in any sector, one reason why they are in trouble.

I think it reads as though they send that to everyone who mentions mental health issues. It seems heavy-handed; would be better to actually read what you said and respond to that, not ask everyone the same questions that you may have already answered.

You can just answer any that would help. You would like your problem recorded by them or you wouldn't have told them about it. You might prefer to get emails and not texts or phone calls.

The news here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2020/12/amigo-warns-that-mis-sold-borrowing-claims-may-not-be-paid-out-i/ looks as though it might be bad for you.
