Awaiting offer....lender has new incentive

Hey,
We have been in a mortgage process with Accoed via L&C and have got to the point were we are awaiting an offer.
I have just read that a last week Accord have introduced cash back offers for FTB and a lower rate.
Will this all be automatically applied with the offer or is it a case that we have missed out?
Also can you have multiple mortgage applications at the same time? We are 90% LTV and it appears there are now more options for us. I would rather get a mortgage at a higher rate then none at all do don't want to mess about too much.
Any advice/ experiences would help.

- no you will not automatically get the offer. Your broker would have applied for a specific product (shown in your illustration)
