xbox 360 elite best deal?

hi, could somebody help me find the best price on the xbox 360 elite?

for christmas i want to buy my husband -

xbox 360 elite
halo 3
extra wireless pad (preferably black)
12 month live membership

any extras in a bundle would be nice but not essential.

best i have come up with so far is from gamestation online - for £393 i can get all the above or for £390 i can get the same (but with grey pad instead of black) +viva panata and forza2.
or from game online i can get the same (but again with grey pad instead of black) +viva panata, forza 2 and asassins creed for £410 but with £10 in game reward points so basically £400 but we have assassins creed already on ps3 BUT i could always sell it on ebay.

any better ideas would be appreciated.
also it has to be the elite as he used to have the premium but sold it about 6months ago because he was bored with it but has now decided he wants the elite vesrion because of the hdmi cable hook up thing blah blah blah
