My elderly mother has trouble walking around the house.
Can you kindly recommend any walking aids which I could buy for her and if I could get some financial help?

Perhaps Social Services / Physiotherapy can help? My DM has a Zimmer which was given to her following an assessment. She also has a perching stool for use in the kitchen and a toilet frame - all supplied FOC from NHS etc. You could try phoning her GP who should be able to signpost you to help and support.geek84 said:Good morning folks

My mother was assessed by an occupational therapist and she arranged for items to be delivered for her. Speak to her her GP surgery about a referral0
