Santander First Mortgage Payment

My husband and I successfully completed on our first home today (18th Dec), however we are confused as to when the first mortgage payment with Santander will be? There website doesn’t provide much information but we assume it will be in late January? Any advice would be much appreciated!

I've recently completed with Santander too, 3rd December. About a week later I received a letter explaining the first payment dates and amounts. My first payment is the start of January.

Probably be 1st February. As not enough time to set the direct debit up for January. Main thing is to keeep the money earmarked.

Thank you both, it’s confusing as there would normally be a standard 30 calendar day period between completion and the first payment. I’ll call them tomorrow to find out, as they haven’t sent us anything confirming either way.
