These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. 3. Promotional Period Online daily prize draw promotion: opens 00:00:01 GMT on 18th December 2020 and closes 23:59:59 GMT inclusive on 24rd December 2020. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the draws. To enter, participants must visit the Freeview Have you Watched landing page, enter their first name, last name, email address, accept the T&C’s and privacy policy and click submit to be entered into the draw. Participants can enter every day during the promotional period. Maximum one entry per person per day.

4. Promotional Period Instagram prize draw promotion: opens 00:00:01 on 17.12.2020 and closes 23:59:59 on 31.12.2020 . Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the draws. Participants must follow the Freeview Instagram account, and comment on the promotional post saying what their favourite show is and tagging who they think they would enjoy watching it along with for a chance to win an ultimate night in bundle prize for themselves and their nominated friend . Maximum one entry per person.

6. No purchase necessary and there is no charge to access or register on the website.

7. Online Prize Draw Daily Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected each working day at random, from all valid entries received the previous working day. The draw is done from all eligible entrants who enter between 00:01:00 until 23:59:59 each day. Each draw is carried out by a randomly verified electronic automated process.

8. Instagram Prize Draw Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected at random after the close of the promotion, from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will be carried out by a randomly verified electronic automated process.

9. Online Prize Draw Daily Winner Notification: The daily winners will be notified by email within 2 working days of selection and will have 7 working days to accept their prize, otherwise the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the correct entries that were received before the applicable daily promotion closed.

10. Instagram Prize Draw Winner Notification: The Instagram winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 2 working days of winner selection and will have 7 working days to accept their prize, otherwise the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant selected at random from the correct entries that were received during the Promotion Period.

11. It is the responsibility of the participant to check their email inbox (including, but not limited to, their junk / spam email inbox) and private messages on Instagram to ensure they are in receipt of their winner notification. The Promoter is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their win if this email/private message is missed or not read/or responded to for any reason.

If required by a regulatory authority, and/or if we consider it lawful, necessary or appropriate to do so, we may be required to make available a list of winners’ first initial, surname and/or county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months after the closing date of this Promotion. 18. Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and for no other purposes unless you have opted in to receiving future marketing mailings from the Promoter. 19. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

20. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or advertised for sale.

21. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prize of equal or greater value.

22. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept liability for any losses, damage of claims whatsoever arising out of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights.

23. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries or claims and the Promoter is not responsible for any late or misdirected delivery of communications (email or otherwise), except in the event of wilful intent on the part of the Promoter or its agents.

27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

28. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

From the terms and conditions, it looks like the instagram element is seperate to the online entry, as the start and end date is different. You might want to alter the closing date for this post.
