Sainsbury's was offering 25% off 6 bottles of wine ( or more) when we placed our order on the 13 Dec, but delivery was on the 17th and we didn't get the discount. Contacted customer support to be told read the small print or hyperlink ! The offer has to be on when delivered not when purchased. I thought if it was priced as X you paid X.
A very bad practice from a major retailer

A very bad practice from a major retailerPerfectly normal and perfectly understandable. Would you of complained if something had gone down in price? or if the 25% started on your delivery day and you were charged a lot less than you thought you would?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know.
