Bonus is suspended

I’ve known a few colleagues that went through similar. Some of them went through a disciplinary and had their bonus paid late. Others as a consequence had their bonus removed or decreased. If it’s not a contractual right there is nothing you can do until you go through the process.0

OK, it sounds as though they are currently investigating the (potential)disciplinary issue and, as Elsien says, the rules are different, before an investigatory meeting they don't have to tell you what the issues are, as the purpose is primarily to gather information. If they then decide that there are grounds fo a disciplinary they should tell you what the allegation(s) is/are and you have the right to have someone with you if you want.
There's nothing wrong with them suspending the bonus in these circumstances. Unless it is a contractual right, any bonus is discretionary so they don't have any obligation tp pay it at all, but it sounds as though they haven't said you won't get it, just that they are suspending the decision about whether you get it until the outcome of the disciplinary. If you are disciplined then it's reasonable not to pay a bonus, if not, then hopefully you will get it after you are cleared on the disciplinary. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)2
