I am trying to get Vanquis/hoist to back date a default but getting nowhere.
I had confirmed today from Vanquis they sent me a default notice in June 2017, They sent my account to Robinson way in July 2017.
The actual default was registered in June 2018, so a full 11 months it took after the default notice to register, and it was Robinson way who registered it!! I find that wrong but getting nowhere, anyone with any advice?

Have you sent the evidence to RW that the default was July 2017?
Have they responded in writing?
If, so refer the matter to the ICO
