Sun Savers not working

I had a weird email supposedly fron Sun Savers stating that as they hadn't heard from me in a year my account would be closed. I enter a code every day, but today it won't work, when I click to submit it just stays there. I was going to cash out as I have quite a lot of money banked but this isn't working either, which may be a good thing if there's something strange going on with the site. I'll contact them tomorrow on live chat, just wondered if anyone else has had a problem.

People have been discussing it on Facebook Sun Savers pages but you've maybe found out that it was an error as the Sun has apologised and said that any money people have is still safe in their accounts. I think It would be best to cash out though just in case. If you wish to book their holidays you can still pay by credit or debit card I think as sometimes people need to top up to pay the extra.
