Overpayment of Broadband

Hi
My Husband had recently been made redundant and looking at our finances decided to cancel our Sky subscription.
That is when we noticed that tied up in our monthly payment was a broadband fee. Sky have not been providing broadband for us for 6 years. I have contacted Sky but not heard from them. Do I have a claim to pursue this refund?
