I'm using Thunderbird software to receive emails, have checked GMail server, and nothing there.
The MSE weekly email has just arrives, so no problems there.1 -
yes I got normal mse email, but not for notifications - if anyone on this thread would like to pm me I could check if that generates an email

I looked at the link provided by Zanzib, and it shows a real spike in recent complaints about GMail.
Have asked a question on GMail's Twitter feed.
It seems strange that I received email sent by hdh74 and the MSE newsletter, yet thread notifications not arriving. It does make you wonder whether emails from other sources are not being received.

Mmm, no replies my end so far. Also I've just remembered I chased a prize recently and was told I should have received an email 2 weeks ago.
