New hair care method

I had severe hair loss because I used to wash my hair every day before and after work and I had hair loss. I changed my shampoo, but that was the way I worked, and my hair loss did not stop. Until I found this method in my searches.

Avoid Washing Daily (Or Even Every Other Day)

Celebrities، They don't wash their hair nearly as often as you'd think. Most young women today wash their hair way too much! Three times a week is sufficient for most hair types. Your hair actually produces more oil when washed too frequently. So, funnily enough, the best way to wash hair way may include not washing it much at all.

Use Filtered, Luke Warm Water

As relaxing as a steamy shower may be, exposing your strands to super-high temperatures leaves them looking dry and lifeless (not to mention lead to faster color fade for those with dye in their hair). Though there's no exact temp that's been proven ideal, it is preferable to keep water warm rather than hot,, according to Oscar Blandi, the brains behind the Oscar Blandi hair care line.

Use Gentle Pressure to Massage the Scalp and the Roots of Your Hair

Choose a Shampoo that Suits Your Hair Type

Shampoo isn't in your hair for that long, so it doesn't really matter what kind you use.

Leave Your Conditioner in for Five to Seven Minutes

Towel Dry Your Hair and Follow Up with Protectant

One of the hairdressers in the beauty salon  here taught me this method.

what do you think ? What is your solution to this problem?

I'm looking for a serious solution to this problem, and if the hair loss does not go away, I will have to add the cost of buying a wig to my living expenses.

  • I believe it is also about naturally drying hair. I have been concerned about my hair loss so my granny told me about some hair care tips and what helped me true

I was losing a lot of hair at various stages of my 20s and ,30s

Tried things like nioxin shampoos and conditioner etc but actually found Avon hair loss shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner the best.

Definitely no need to wash hair twice a day. Once isnt good for it (thought many of us need to).

I'm only learning now to go a few days between washes but I hate how it looks and it has to be worn up which makes it look greasier I feel.

    Better than losing it though

Hair loss is complex - it could he down to hormones, a lack of some vitamins/nutrients overly tight braiding etc.

Shampooing twice a day is too much, but otherwise your post reads like a bit of an infomercial.

If you’re at the stage of thinking about a wig, have you been to the GP to discuss other potential causes?
Or whether (if male) it’s genetic male pattern baldness?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

And if male, I'd personally just embrace the Bruce Willis / Jason Statham look rather than a wig which you'll be forever worrying about.

Well spotted. I do wonder how new posters manage to find these old threads, given how unhelpful the search function is.

Bots.  The post that brought this thread back must just be an account post building (as was the original post, though they didn't get far with their post count either).
