Mobile Phone Contract - With Good Calling to ROI options

I currently have Vodafone pay monthly contract with an add on called Ireland Plus.

Ireland Plus allows me to use my inclusive minutes and texts to call landlines and mobiles in ROI (I'm in NI) . This add on costs £5 or £6 a month and I make more than enough calls to ROI numbers to justify this.

However, the base Vodafone contract cost has become pretty expensive when compared to other providers and Vodafone are not budging much on their price.  I am out of contract with Vodafone so free to move, but I need something similar. Do any other providers have something similar for NI users that allows calls to ROI from the inclusive mins/texts, even if there is an additional monthly charge for this?

A friend is with O2 and she was offered a top-up of £3 a month for calls to the ROI.

She never takes it up as she is heritage way back when they were BT she paid a one-off payment to get all her calls to ROI free. She has loads of friends in ROI so uses it a lot.

or use like most folk 'whatsapp' for free.
If the other person has a landline or is not on 'Whatsapp' then 'Ringo International Calling App' is quite cheap to landlines

If its just calls you need, as stated above look at whatsapp, messenger calling, Viber etc...
If however, you need the sms & data for cross border use then I'm not aware of any other provider offering anything similar & we check around ever year as we work in the south often & without the vodafone Ireland Plus, it would cost us around an extra £100+/month per user
