Anyone installed a passive tracking app on their devices?

Every so often I get surveys from Panel Base , Valued Opinion etc that requires me to download and install a tracking app on your PC or tablet. Never keen on installing software on my devices that sound invasive. Anyone tried?

yes, though never lasted long! The VPN networks that are often set up were slow, blocking some  sites and caused all sorts of issues. Others slowed my phone down or drained the battery. In short; I won’t bother anymore...

I avoid them, installed one and every time i received an incoming call after one ring phone cut off .

uninstalled after a missed calls. I didn't cut out when someone rang me from a few feet away though

I did one for about 3 months . It did pay out and you could continue using it but the pay was less after the initial period so I took it off. The one I used didnt interfere with anything else.

Might give them miss as the rewards don't seem worth the possible hassle! cheers

Presume it the mediacell/mc+ they are asking you to install? Have put these on old devices that i occasionally move around.
