Do a Google search for Hunter wellies, and both hunterboots.com and huntersuksale.com are top hits. But one was created just a few weeks ago (according to Whois Lookup), is full of low-res images, poorly positioned text and logos, and there are is no address, phone number or chat. Also all items are in stock, which is even more suspicious!

Is the post about who should I buy from? Or just for info?
The site that looks genuine and sells Chinese made wellies?
Or the site that is not as good and sells Chinese made wellies?

The site is clearly a scam, using Hunter's branding and imagery. Why do you think they are Chinese? They claim to be from London, and claim to sell genuine Hunter boots. It must be a scam, no?
I've reported the site to Google and they've already removed the site from their top search list.0 -

Perhaps because "Genuine" Hunters wellies are made in China? LOL.

As you now know the genuine site is https://www.hunterboots.com/
Used to buy Hunters, but now made to a cheaper MFG process.
Hunter Boot Limited is a British footwear manufacturer that is known for its rubber Wellington boots. Originally established in 1856 as the North British Rubber Company, the firm is headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland. It also has offices in London, New York and Düsseldorf.[3] In addition to rubber boots and other footwear, Hunter sells products such as bags, socks and accessories. It previously made tyres, conveyor belts, combs, golf balls, hot water bottles and rubber flooring. Hunter holds several Royal Warrants as suppliers of waterproof footwear.[4] Green Wellington boots, now manufactured in China,[5] are its best known product.
