Exactly - he is stupid. This is why I am doing most of it myself. He is meant to be the best broker in our area, but unfortunately he has been rubbish for us. Luckily, I know another broker who is amazing. Ive just sent an email explaining things.. hopefully she wont be too put off by things being in a bit of a mess and be able to help us 🤞🏼0

Were going to stop the application - it’s clearly on his bank statements we submitted 4 weeks ago & they still went ahead & booked the valuation knowing this. Shocking. New MB going to source another lender.0

Apparently they queried this with the broker on the 7th! But he hasn’t even bothered to let us know. So fed up if it all.
When you pay someone to do a job for you, it's madness to interfere like that, I don't think any good is likely to come from it, just confusion at best.
For you to post on here suggests the relationship is already too broken IMO, move on.Feb 2008, 20year lifetime tracker with "Sproggit and Sylvester"... 0.14% + base for 2 years, then 0.99% + base for life of mortgage...base was 5.5% in 2008...but not for long. Credit to my mortgage broker0 -
