1. Open to UK and ROI residents aged 16+, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

3. This promotion opens on 11th December 2020 at 00:00 GMT and closes at 23:59 GMT on 24th December 2020.

Prize 14 - Year supply of tea (4 x 240 tea boxes, 1 x box gold tea) 3 x PG tips plus, 4 x personalised mugs, 1 x monkey, 1 x caddy). The prize will be delivered to a UK or ROI address only. Prizes are limited to one (1) per person.

5. No purchase necessary.

6. To enter the promotion entrants need to visit www.pgtips.co.uk/advent-calendar.html and fill in all required fields (NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS) and submit their details. All valid entries will be entered into a draw and the winner’s will be selected at random. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Applications from agents, third parties, organized groups, applications automatically generated by computer, incomplete or corrupt applications, or those not in accordance with the instructions will not be accepted.

8. Responsibility is not accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, software or hardware failure. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

9. All decisions of the Promoters are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion.

11. 13. As concerns UK residents these Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
