I lost a few hundred pounds with Neil Woodford's debacle. Its small change thankfully.
Ive just seen this No Win No Fee claim: https://www.leighday.co.uk/Product-safety-and-consumer-law/Consumer-law/Woodford-group-claim
It looks good. Curious to know if anyone on here is joining?
Thanks

(and then likely pour myself another)I've lost few hundred also, but that's from jumping ship just before it went down, so AFAIK I am not eligible for anything as I've executed buy and then sell few months later as usual.I've read whole of that thread. Took me many evenings and many glasses of wine ^^1

Yes, the action I’ve taken is to add Neil Woodford to my blacklist, so that I never invest in any of his junk again.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j1

I dont think theyll be much chance of you having the opportunity to invest with him again. Surely he will hang-up his boots and enjoy his many millions on his sterile Cotswold farm; racing his horses and being a gentleman farmer. (Or whatever it is the idol rich do with their time).Money_Grabber13579 said:Yes, the action I’ve taken is to add Neil Woodford to my blacklist, so that I never invest in any of his junk again.
Are you not tempted to join the claim?0 -

Their target is Link for failure to carry out their responsibilities. The argument is that it was their job to ensure, amongst other things, that the fund had sufficient liquidity to meet redemptions and they failed to do that. I doubt that they would go after Woodford personally or Hargreaves Lansdown for promoting the fund when it was clearly in trouble.dllive said:
But would the solicitors bother doing this on NWNF if they didnt think there was a good prospect of success?ColdIron said:It's probably a fruitless endeavourThe fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.1 -
