What is a "portable smoker" - for kippers? What do you mean by "use it beforehand" - secondhand ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill1

Lots of portable smokers around, just google portable food smoker, although your title says electric? As you have now clarified that you want a second hand one (not sure why? ) , its just down to whats available in your area.
