What is a "portable smoker"   -  for kippers?  What do you mean by "use it beforehand"  - secondhand ?

Lots of portable smokers around, just google portable food smoker, although your title says electric? Not sure why you would want a portable electric smoker? 

If you are looking for ones used beforehand then I suggest local buy and sell groups

As you have now clarified that you want a second hand one (not sure why? ) , its just down to whats available in your area. But you still havent clarified about the electric side? 

I have two smokers that i use all the time but they are not portable and are certainly not electric, you are very limited in what you get if you want portable and you will struggle to get an electric one, as mentioned before.
