My oven goes down to 50C so I’ve used that for drying fruit leathers and apples etc before. Does the dehydrator give better results, cost less to run, or am I better sticking with my oven?Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

I've used my dehydrator to make fruit leathers. However, with blackberries, I think I would add some apple puree as well, to give the pulp more body.

Search on the prepping thred for their posts and there'll be a lot of info when you find the dehydrating flurry.
