Is a lender arranging a physical valuation following a DIP and a hard credit search a good sign?
Hoping they wouldn't incur the cost if there was a significant chance or likelihood of rejection? The valuation is free to us as buyers.

    It's never a done deal until it is done, but it is positive if they are now moving on to the valuation.
