Has anyone use pocket hearing for hearing aids?

I am looking to purchase an in ear hearing aid, trying to get the best model I can afford. I came across the website pocket hearing which is a UK company but fairly new. They have the signia 3nx at a very good price - it is a slightly older model. The hearing aid is pretty much plug and play, I am happy to set it up online and by phone with them. I only have mild hearing loss. However, I am just concerned that the company is so new, set up in appox April 2020 and would have liked to find someone who has maybe used them.

Just to update I decided to try Pocket Hearing and purchased the Signia 3NX using a credit card for protection. I had a call the day after purchasing where we discussed my hearing, I did an online audiogram with their website and received the hearing aids within a week. I am due a call on Monday to check in how they are working. The hearing aids so far are much better than a cheaper version I bought elsewhere before and I am happy with the service received so far.
