The best brokers charge :P thats a joke before anyone says anything - we charge and to be honest every broker I know does, but I suppose there will be some decent free ones out there.spec65 said:

I am just surprised you are happy with a 3 week wait and still class that as rapid. Your mortgage application was submitted, your application underwritten, the surveyor went out to view the property and filled out a report all in 2-3 days less than it took for them to sit down and put your details on paper.
Its great that you are happy with it, thats all that matters really. Ours was 10 days mid lockdown 1.0 with a fee free broker xx0

Everywhere was fairly quiet mid lockdown, nobody could go out or do anything.
